Nitrobeard Illiterates Book Club Week 1: Beyond Good And Evil!

As promised in this weeks award winning* podcast, your Nitrobeard has started a new project known as the Illiterates Book Club-- where every two weeks we pick out a game, (hopefully) play it, and then talk about it ad naseum in the followup podcast--

BUT THAT'S NOT ALL

Because we humbly invite you, or good readers, to take part and offer your own insights, memories, complaints, complements and any other thoughts on the game, and we'll read them right on our own podcast!  Feel free to leave feedback at any of our fine old-new-media locations, either email at beardcast@nitrobeard.com or this very comment thread, or our new social media locations at http://www.facebook.com/Nitrobeard or via twitter with #nitrobeard.

Our first entry is Michel Ancel's stab at 3d gaming, Zelda, and mainstream popularity, Beyond Good and Evil!  It's readily avaliable on Xbox Live Arcade, PlayStation Network, Steam and Good Old Games and if you're lucky enough to own the original disc, Xbox 1, Playstation 2 and Gamecube.

We invite you to whack some robots with a bo staff, engage in industrial espionage, get intimate with a talking pig and write back to us!  We want to hear from you!

(Fake edit: It occured to me while GIS'ing for BG&G that I had managed to pick out a videogame that was also a book.  I assure all of you I am nowhere near that clever and future entries into this series will likely have nothing to do with books or culture or anything else actually important.)
